Overview: Zheng Tian Bing’s ancestral provenance was archived to be Yong Chun, Fu Jian. He embraced a nickname of “Zui Mo”. He was another founding member of Persatuan Seni Tulis Malaysia. Interestingly, Zheng was a well-known headmaster of different schools in Muar, namely SJK (C) Pei Chun (Semerah) and SJK (C) Hwa Yik (Parit Jawa) and SJK (C) Chung Hwa 1. He was the president of the Malaysian Chinese Cultural Society (Johor Branch), a prominent member of the Nanzhou Poetry Society and the principal of Times Art Institute. Zheng was honoured with the Honorary Cultural Award by the Malaysian Chinese Cultural Society in 2006. He published the “Zheng Tian Bing’s Calligraphy and Painting Collection”. Zheng’s calligraphy journey was coloured up by mastery he drew from Chen Ren Hao, Ou Yang Xun and Liu Gong Quan. He was equally good with his fountain pens and bamboo sticks as the writing tools. His calligraphy is very illustrative oriented and presents diverse patterns.

明月几时有？把酒问青天。不知天上宫阙，今夕是何年。我欲乘风归去，又恐琼楼玉宇，高处不胜寒, 起舞弄清影，何似在人间。 转朱阁，抵绮户，照无眠。不应有恨，何事偏向别时圆。人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。 但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。
